We accompany all viewings and are on hand to answer any questions and objections that may arise, to achieve the best outcome for our vendors and purchasers alike.
We charge 1% Plus VAT of the sold price.
We do run offers on a regular basis with fixed fees allowing you to budget in advance.
All Fees are subject to VAT and always on a no Sale no Fee basis.
